How should I prepare for my appointment?

Male guests are advised to shave prior to any facial treatments to ensure maximum results. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to complete any necessary forms and to settle in before your treatment.

What if I am running late?

Please give us a call to best assist you and determine if your treatment time can still be accommodated at (516)-990-2634. Out of respect for other guests please be aware that in case of late arrival we may be unable to extend your treatment time and may suggest rescheduling to ensure you are getting the most out of your time at Evolve Spa.

What is Evolve Spa’s cancellation policy?

You may cancel penalty free up to 24 hours in advance of your appointment time.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Those who wish to avoid this $50 cancellation fee may choose to take advantage of a one time courtesy reschedule. Please note, this amended appointment may not be canceled or changed further without the client being responsible for 50% of the service total. We apologize for any inconvenience in advance. We appreciate your understanding as we work together to ensure the best access and availability for you, while maintaining a high level of respect for our service providers' time.

Do you offer gift cards or certificates?

Yes! Treat your loved ones to an Evolve Spa gift card. Gift Cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen and cannot be returned, refunded or redeemed for cash. Gift Cards must be presented at the time of service. We also have the ability to credit or add specific service vouchers to a client’s account for future use.

Are minors, males, or those expecting able to receive treatments?

Yes! Please give us a call to better tailor your experience, but in most cases we can accommodate anyone at Evolve Spa. Minors will have to have parental consent prior to any treatments. If you are breastfeeding, expecting, or trying to conceive, please allow our professionals to guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable for you during this special time in your life. At Evolve Spa we strive to uncover the perfection in everyone, of every age, ethnicity, and gender identity. Please advise us of any health conditions, injectables, allergies, or injuries that may interfere with the outcome of your service.

Does Evolve Spa offer waxing?

Yes, but on request only. Please call us to arrange for a hard wax appointment. We also offer IPL hair removal for those who may not be candidates for traditional Candela laser hair removal.

What should I expect post treatment?

This is largely dependent on your choice of service, but as a general rule we   recommend all clients limit sun exposure, waxing, or laser immediately following most treatments. To maximize facial results we recommend avoiding heavy makeup application for the first 24 hours or opt for a lighter mineral option as an alternative. If you have upcoming travel or a special occasion planned please notify your provider so we can work together to ensure you the best result with minimal downtime.

Does Evolve Spa have parking?

Yes! We have a convenient on-site parking lot adjacent to our building. There is also ample street parking as well. For reference, we are located across the street from Leonard’s Palazzo and are on the second floor of the LifeWorx building at 550 Northern Boulevard. If you encounter any difficulty locating the building, please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance.
