Martha Joanos
Spa Owner + Lead Esthetician
Evolve Spa is Martha Joanos’s passion project after spending 30+ years working with some of Long Island’s most elite skincare institutions and building a huge following working with local high profile clients and celebrities alike. Martha has worked with Long Island Plastic Surgery Group, The Greenhouse Spa in Manhasset’s luxury Americana Mall, and Georgette Klinger Spa. As our spa owner, she is committed to excellence and helping every client achieve their individual goals. She has carefully curated our selection of services and skincare that we offer to bring only the best for our clients. She specializes in luxury facials using the finest ingredients from our European skincare partners Biologique Recherche, Environ, and Valmont.
Dino Katsiouras
Spa Director + Lead Massage Therapist
Dino Katsiouras is Evolve Spa’s heart and soul as he centers the patient experience while tirelessly working to take the business to the next level. He has gained immeasurable hospitality experience during his time as an independent massage therapist connecting with clients one-on-one and expanded his skill set as regional manager of Equinox Spas, New York. He oversaw some of New York’s most luxurious spas and managed relationships with top clientele. Everyday Dino brings that same attention to detail as he helps Evolve Spa’s clients navigate our plethora of services. Dino has also returned to the bedside and offers unparalleled healing and body relief through massage.
Dino has honed his craft working with Manhattan’s elite and celebrity clientele through Equinox’s highly exclusive members-only E-Club.
Ilana Kozen
Certified Laser Technician + Esthetician + YUMI Expert
Ilana is our resident certified laser technician and YUMI brow + lash expert at Evolve Spa! She can not only help you achieve the lashes of your dreams via a YUMI lash lift and tint but she can also get you magazine worthy brows via a YUMI brow lamination and tint. Ilana gives our clients a five-star experience as she is also a well-seasoned esthetician and conducts an in-depth skin analysis prior to every treatment. She specializes in Hydrafacial, TruSculpt, and Candela lasers to help clients achieve a large variety of skin and body goals.
Mahek Malhotra
Social Media Manager + Spa Coordinator
Mahek is the star behind our well-complimented social media and brings a fun energy to the spa! Using her endless creativity she has taken Evolve Spa’s social media to the next level by coming up with fun TikTok videos and designing our refined social media presence. Mahek is also your contact for scheduling appointments and discovering what service will best work for you!

Conveniently located in Great Neck, New York, Evolve Spa was founded by master esthetician Martha Joanos. After independently gaining 30+ years of experience working with some of Long Island’s premier skin institutions such as Long Island Plastic Surgery Group, Georgette Klinger Spa, and Greenhouse Spa in the Americana in Manhasset, Martha developed Evolve Spa as her own highly curated passion project. An Evolve facial, includes a thorough diagnosis of your skin as well as an analysis of your lifestyle and the subsequent effects on your visage.
