The People Behind Evolve Spa
Martha Joanos
Evolve Spa is Martha Joanos’s passion project after spending 30+ years working with some of Long Island’s most elite skincare institutions and building a huge following working with local high profile clients and celebrities alike. Martha has worked with Long Island Plastic Surgery Group, The Greenhouse Spa in Manhasset’s luxury Americana Mall, and Georgette Klinger Spa. As our spa owner, she is committed to excellence and helping every client achieve their individual goals. She has carefully curated our selection of services and skincare that we offer to bring only the best for our clients.
She specializes in luxury facials using the finest ingredients from our European skincare partners Biologique Recherche, Environ, and Valmont.
Nina
Nina is a New York–licensed aesthetician with extensive experience in elite NYC spa clinics. Certified in Biologique Recherche, Valmont, and iS Clinical, she specializes in advanced anti-aging treatments and sculptural buccal facial massage. Known for her refined technique, personalized approach, and exceptional results, Nina has built a loyal clientele and a reputation for excellence in luxury skincare.
Ilana
Ilana is our resident certified laser technician and YUMI brow + lash expert at Evolve Spa! She can not only help you achieve the lashes of your dreams via a YUMI lash lift and tint but she can also get you magazine worthy brows via a YUMI brow lamination and tint. Ilana gives our clients a five-star experience as she is also a well-seasoned esthetician and conducts an in-depth skin analysis prior to every treatment. She specializes in Hydrafacial, TruSculpt, and Candela lasers to help clients achieve a large variety of skin and body goals.
Elizabeth
Elizabeth is the Spa Coordinator at Evolve Spa, bringing over 20 years of experience in the esthetics industry along with more than 25 years as a professional makeup artist.
As a current New York State license holder, she uses her knowledge and background to guide clients with care and confidence, ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience. Her career spans luxury spas, plastic surgery, and surgical coordination, allowing her to blend expertise with a warm, personalized approach.
Elizabeth takes pride in helping each client feel supported, informed, and completely at ease throughout their visit.

Mahek is the star behind our well-complimented social media and brings a fun energy to the spa! Using her endless creativity she has taken Evolve Spa’s social media to the next level by coming up with fun TikTok videos and designing our refined social media presence.
